Product Name: WESTFALIA OTA7 00 066 & OSA 20 02 066 OIL SEPARATOR

Description: a solid bowl disc centrifuge that purifies the oil efficiently. The solids from the fluids are removed intermittently through openings in the bowl walls.

The drum separator solid wall helps in good separation of the two liquids of different densities with a minimum proportion of solids.

• May be used both for clarifying and separating fluids.

• Both are fully reconditioned automatic with stainless steel bowl and aluminum body.

• Reduces engine wear and breakdowns in engines.

The Reconditioning process:

• Purifier completely dismantled

• Bowl internal parts replated

• Bowl checked for balancing

• Vertical shaft, horizontal shaft, worm , worm gear, bearings & all orings/gaskets changed with new

• In this case, even the motors will be new

• Purifier reassembled, painted

• Test run for 24 hrs on the test bench
